Our routes

The trail network of the TERRITORI LO PODALL by INTENSE is so extensive and has so many connections that cyclists who know the area can choose on the fly which trails they want to enjoy and which way they want to get there. It’s what we call cycling à la carte. Therefore, there are no defined routes that need to start and end at a specific point.

The best way to understand how to combine the trails is through the Trailforks application, where we will see how the most well-known areas and trails are distributed around the Conca de Tremp, which we have to imagine as a big pot that always has the city of Tremp as a reference.

However, we want to present you with a series of routes as a proposal to enjoy the TERRITORY LO PODALL by INTENSE. Some are loops within the same area. Others, which we have placed in the Maxiroutes section, want to link different mythical trails from different areas, as if it were a tasting menu.

We also wanted to create a section of routes with proposals that are outside the commercial circuits, which go through wilder trails that are not as well worked on or as regularly maintained as the classic ones. Continuing with the parallelism, it would be like going to lunch at the godmother’s house: you don’t get to choose the dishes, but you know you’ll end up well tipped and satisfied.

THE RULES OF THE TRAILS

Give way to other cyclists and walkers, warn of your arrival in time and slow down.

Do not scare the animals by shouting or making unnecessary noise. You are in their environment.

Take your dog on a leash, especially on the busiest trails.

Respect the signs or fences of private property or hunting grounds.

Follow the established routes, don’t take shortcuts.

Controls speed and braking, avoiding skids that erode the ground unnecessarily.

Do not litter.

Avoid clayey areas on muddy days due to rain or fog. Respect the route symbols.

Check your bike before you go out and always carry a repair kit.

Use a helmet, wear gloves, goggles and protection.

Know your physical condition and choose the route based on it. Always evaluate the gradient, not just the distance.

Keep an eye on weather forecasts, they can be changeable.

It is recommended to do the routes with GPS navigation support. The routes are not physically signposted.

It is important to be insured in the practice of mountain biking, which is why we recommend obtaining a federal license or private accident insurance.

The Lo Podall association will not be held responsible for the implicit risks involved in a sporting activity of this type, such as falls, making dangerous descents, misdirection, misuse of common spaces with other activities, etc. Also, it will not be held responsible for the misuse of the routes or for possible imprudences committed by users.
